1. By saving the file      attachment and emailing back to the Zoning/Housing Department at bmaresca@jamesburgborough.org
2. By printing out forms      and returning via regular mail.

Please be aware that the submission of forms is not deemed complete until the appropriate fees have been submitted & received to the Zoning/Housing Department.
